Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
1. Appointment Policy:
All visits and consultations are appointment-based. Please confirm your slot in advance.
2. Advance Payment:
50% advance is required to confirm an order. Balance to be cleared upon completion before delivery.
3. Custom Orders:
• We create designs based on client reference photos, sketches, or ideas (70–80% similarity possible depending on fabric/material availability).
• Clients may also give their budget, color, and occasion, and Designer Nazia Khan will design the outfit accordingly.
• Minor variations may occur in color, embroidery, or pattern due to material differences.
4. Fittings & Alterations:
• One complimentary fitting included for local clients.
• Further alterations may be chargeable.
5. Delivery Timeline:
Custom outfits usually take 10–25 days, depending on design complexity. Urgent orders may include express charges.
6. Returns & Exchanges:
As each piece is custom-made, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
7. Virtual Orders:
For video-call clients, final approval of design/fabric will be taken before production begins.
